The Trust is an unlisted, unregistered, open-ended unit trust established specifically for tax-exempt Catholic entities seeking investment opportunities aligned with Catholic values, beliefs, and ethical principles.

The Trust is a Registered Charity regulated by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). As an ACNC-registered charitable trust, it is eligible to claim franking credit refunds in its own right, providing additional tax-effective benefits for qualifying Catholic organisations.
